Extrudable Pastes
Large scale of models and tools can be done using our modelling epoxy paste extruded from a 2K dispensing machine to obtain a workable surface applied onto a supporting core structure such as PS or PU foam. This technique is widely used to make plugs for boats, wind blades and as well as architectural structures and automotive industry. The advantages of using this method over modelling boards is able to obtain a lighter model with smooth and seamless surface.
Manual Pastes
Alternatively, Sika offers best epoxy range paste for manual usage for those are not equipped with proper extrudable machine. All of our modelling pastes can cover customer needs from high dimensional stability to excellent thermal behavior for both models and tooling in composite parts making.
